Low Fat/Low Sugar Lasagna

1 pound of ground turkey
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1 (25. 75) can Hunt's Light Spaghetti sauce
1/3 cup water
8 pieces lasagna noodles (uncooked)
1 carton (8 oz) low - fat cottage cheese
2 cups fat-free mozzarella cheese (divided use)

Cook ground turkey and Italian seasoning in skillet over medium-high-heat. Drain.

Combine spaghetti sauce and water in small bowl and set aside.

Place 4 (uncooked) noodles in bottom of a lightly sprayed 5 quart slow cooker. (You may have to break them up a bit to fit in. )

Layer with half of the ground turkey mixture and spaghetti sauce.

Spread low-fat cottage cheese over top.

Sprinkle with one cup fat-free mozzarella cheese.

Layer with remaining noodles, meat mixture and sauce mixture.

Sprinkle 1 cup fat free mozzarella cheese on top.

Cover and cook on High for one hour, then reduce heat and cook on low for 5 hours.
