Easy Jambalaya

16 ounces extra lean ground turkey or beef
3 cups sliced raw potatoes
3/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
6 ounces (one 8-ounce can) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
2 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Healthy Request Tomato Soup


In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat. Spoon browned meat into a slow cooker container sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray. Layer potatoes, onion, green pepper and kidney beans over top. Stir parsley flakes and Tabasco sauce into tomato soup. Evenly spoon tomato soup mixture over top. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Mix well before serving.
