3 lbs stew beef
juice of two lemons
2 cup beef stock
2 onions chopped
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 cup chopped green chilies, (hot or mild)
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp oregano
1 T vinegar
1 T honey
Marinate beef in lemon juice. Place all ingredients in an or slow cooker and cook on LOW for about 12 hours.
