Creamy Hamburger Vegetable Soup
1/2 lb ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 liter carton VH juice (4 cups)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
3-4 cups frozen vegetables of your choice - thawed
1/3 - 1/2 cup minute rice
Brown and drain meat, onions and garlic. Put in slow cooker with remaining ingredients except vegetables and rice. Cook on high 1 hour, then on low 5 hours. Add thawed vegetables after 1st hour. Add rice for the last hour. For variety you could try other flavors of creamed soups.
