Cuban Black Bean Soup

3 (15 oz. ) cans black beans, undrained
2 (14. 5 oz. ) cans beef broth
1 (14. 5 oz. ) can diced tomatoes
1 (4 oz. ) can chopped green chilies
5 ounces extra-lean fully cooked ham, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 teaspoon pepper


Combine all ingredients in slow cooker; stir well. Cover; cook on Low 8 to 10 hours (High 4 to 5 hours).
