1 lb. shrimp, deveined & shelled
cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup diced celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup tomato sauce
3 cups whole, stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
Combine all ingredients except shrimp & place in slow cooker. Cook 6 to 8 hours on low or 3 to 4 hours on high . Add shrimp last hour of cooking. Serve over hot cooked rice.
