Soup

3 large potatoes, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
1 small can peas, drained
1 large onion, sliced
1 lb. ground beef
2 stalks celery, diced
1 can tomato soup
2 cans water
salt and pepper


Brown ground beef and drain. Place potatoes, carrots, peas, onion and celery in slow cooker. Salt and pepper. Pour ground beef over top of vegetables. Mix soup and water together and pour over contents of slow cooker. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours; high 5 to 6 hours.
