Hawaiian Sausage and Beans

8-oz. favorite smoke sausage or kielbasa, cut in 1/2" slices
2 teaspoon cider vinegar
32-oz. red kidney beans, canned, drained
7-oz. pineapple chunks in juice, drained
1 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour.


Combine sausage, vinegar, beans and pineapple in slow cooker. Mix brown sugar with flour and stir well. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 7-10 hours (on high setting it will be done in 2-3 hours). Makes 4 servings.
