Hot German Potato Salad
5 medium potatoes cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 large onion sliced
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 slices crisply cooked bacon crumbled
Mix potatoes and onion in 3 1/2 to 6 quart slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients except bacon, pour into cooker. Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours or until the potatoes are tender. Stir in bacon.
