Ribs

4-5 lbs. boneless pork spareribs cut into pieces
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 cup ketchup
1/2 to 1 cup water
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. ground mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika


Place half the ribs in a slow cooker, top with half the onion. Repeat layers.

Combine the remaining ingredients, pour over all.

Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until the ribs are tender.
