Harvest Potatoes

1 cup fat-free chicken broth
2 teaspoons pickling spice, tied in cheesecloth
4 large potatoes, peeled -- cut into 3/4" cubes
2 cloves garlic -- pressed
Snipped fresh chives, for garnish


Pour the broth into a slow cooker, and place the spices in the center bottom of the cooker. Add the potatoes and garlic. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Garnish with the chives.
