Cheddar and Chive Potato Casserole

2 pounds shredded hash brown potatoes - frozen
1/2 Cup milk
1 1/2 to 2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese or any type of cheese you desire
6oz. Cream Cheese with Chives
Salt
Pepper


Spray slow cooker to avoid burning/sticking. Place all ingredients into slow cooker, stir around. Add more moisture if you feel it's necessary but remember the potatoes are frozen and will provide plenty of moisture. Cook on low all day (around 7-10 hours) or HIGH for 4-6 hours. Note: You can add meat to this to get a complete casserole dish or serve as a side dish. Add bacon bits if desired.
