China Boy Ribs

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange marmalade
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 clove garlic, smashed
3 to 4 lbs. country or regular pork ribs

Cut ribs into "2-rib" pieces. In small bowl, combine everything but the ribs. Brush both sides of ribs with sauce. Pour remaining sauce over ribs. Cover & cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until tender.
