Hammin (Sephardic Cholent)
White dry beans, just washed
Whole fried potatoes
1 head round celery
Water to cover
In your pot, first put the beans, potatoes, meat, eggs. You put the fried rice in a thin cloth, not to mix with the rest. Put on top. Then celery, cover with water, add salt, pepper. Cover hermetically. Boil then put it on low heat until next day. (You can put this in a slow cooker on LOW).
