Korean Spare Ribs

2 Lbs Meaty lean ribs
1/4 cup White wine
1/4 cup Soy sauce
3 Tablespoon Sugar *
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds (roasted kind preferred)
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
3 shoots Green onions chopped
2 medium Carrots shredded
5 cloves Fresh chopped garlic

* If you prefer sweet flavor, you would add more sugar.

You can either marinate the meat for few hours then cook or cook right away in a slow cooker at high for about 5 hrs. If you are using conventional range, you would cook it in high heat for about 15 minutes, then simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
