1 (12-ounce) box bow-tie pasta or wagon-wheel pasta, uncooked
2 jars (14-ounce) Dei Fratelli Prepared Pizza Sauce
1 pound sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
2 (8-ounce) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 pound bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
1 (8-ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese plus 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided use
1/2 cup water
Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray. Layer half the pasta, 1 jar of pizza sauce, half the sausage crumbles, half the mushrooms, half the chopped onion, half the bacon and half of the 8-ounce package shredded cheese. Continue with the next layer, repeating the ingredients. Add the water. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2-cup cheese before serving.
