Macaroni and Cheese
1 package (16 oz. ) macaroni -- cooked & drained
1 tablespoon salad oil
1 can (13 oz. ) evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
Lightly grease slow cooker. Toss macaroni and oil. Add all remaining ingredients. Stir, cover and cook on low 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
