Vegetable Slow Cooker

8 Potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 Onion, chopped
4 Carrots, peeled and sliced
2 Stalks celery, sliced
4 Chicken bouillon cubes
1 tb Parsley flakes
5 c Water
1/3 c Butter or margarine
Ham - cubed to taste
13 oz Can evaporated milk

Put all ingredients except evaporated milk in slow cooker. Cover and cook 10 to 12 hours. Stir in evaporated milk during last hour. Add flour to thicken, if desired.
