Macaroni and Cheese

1 lb. elbow macaroni
14 ounces process cheese spread
10 ounces extra sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
4 cups skim milk

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water 4 minutes. (About half cooked). Drain. Layer all ingredients in a slow cooker on high heat. Cook 2 hours and stir. Cook another 2-3 hours, stirring halfway through.
