2 1/2 pounds frying chicken
1 onion -- chopped
3 potatoes -- peeled, diced
4 carrots -- sliced
3 celery stalks -- sliced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups water -- or to cover
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours. Stir occasionally. Add water if necessary. Before serving, remove bones.
