Mexican Dish

1 pound ground beef or turkey
Chili powder -- to taste
Garlic powder -- to taste
6 corn or flour tortillas -- in pieces
1 can ranch-style beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with juice
8 ounces Velveeta -- cubed


In a skillet, brown the beef or turkey with chili and garlic powders to taste; drain.

Place the browned meat and the remaining ingredients, in the order given, into your slow cooker. Cook 3 to 4 hours on LOW. Serve with salad.
