Veggie Beef Soup

1/2 pound stew meat -- cut in 1/2 " cubes
1 can tomatoes -- (14 oz)
1 carrot -- sliced
1 small onion -- diced
1 stalk celery -- sliced
3/4 cup frozen mixed vegetables
salt and pepper
1 beef bouillon cube
water


Put all ingredients in slow cooker. Add water to barely cover. Stir. Cover and cook 10-16 hours.
