Barbecue Pork On Buns
1 3 pound boneless pork roast, trimmed of fat, cut into thin strips
3/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. ea. Cornstarch & firmly packed brown sugar
2. tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ea. Garlic powder and cayenne pepper
1 1/2 c. ketchup
2 T, worcestershire sauce
18 sandwich buns, split
In slow cooker, combine all ingredients except buns; mix well. Cover; cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until pork is tender. Spoon about 1/3 c. pork mixture into each sandwich bun. Makes 18 sandwiches
