1 3-5 lb roast
1 pkg Good Seasons Zesty Italian or Garlic
1 jar hot California blend
1 jar Pepperocini
1 c. beef broth
Dump everything into the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 18 hours.
Remove beef from slow cooker. It will fall apart. Fill hard, crusty buns (french bread works well) with meat and spoon juices over sandwiches.
