Italian Beef

3 to 4 lbs chuck roast
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. basil
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1/2 c. water

Cook in slow cooker on low 24 hours or on high 12 hours. Shred and serve on buns.
