Chunky Pizza Soup
2 (11 1/8-oz. ) cans Campbell's Italian Tomato Soup with basil and oregano
1 (14. 5-oz. ) can Italian--style diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cups water
1/4 cup rotini pasta
3 slices Canadian bacon, chopped
1/2 cup croutons
1 oz. (1/4 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
Place all ingredients except croutons and cheese in slow cooker. Cook on Low for 4--6 hours.
Place croutons in the bottom of each soup bowl and top with slow--cooker soup. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. More cheese may be used if desired.
