20 Tomatoes; peeled
1 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Pepper
5 tb Corn starch
2 ts Salt
1 ts Oregano
1 cn Tomato sauce (12 oz)
Mix all ingredients in slow cooker, excluding the corn starch. Cook on high 8 hours. Approximately 1 hour before done, mix corn starch with 1/2 cup water and add to slow cooker mixture. Finish cooking. Cool and put in resealable bags or seal in jars.
