2 Vine ripe tomatoes; up to 4
3 cn Diced and peeled tomatoes
4 cn Corn [any type]
2 Jalapeno peppers
4 ts Cumin [important]
2 Bell peppers
3 c Chopped onions
2 Cloves of garlic
1 c Water
5 ds Slat and pepper

Mix all ingredients in slow cooker and simmer for 30-50 minutes. then let sit in Refrigerator for 1 night and enjoy. Hope you like my salsa recipe. Eat with tortillas, chicken, rice, and Tums.
