Compote of Dried Fruit
1 c Dried Prunes
1 c Dried Golden Seedless raisins
1 c Dried Apricots
2 1/2 c Water
1/4 Rind of Lemon; slivered
Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker, cover, and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours or overnight. Chill before serving. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
