Southwestern Chicken Soup

4 (14 1/2 oz) cans chicken broth
2 (14 1/2 oz) cans diced peeled tomatoes
2 (4 oz) cans diced green chilies
1 (16 oz) package frozen corn
1 (16 oz) package frozen mixed peppers and onions
1 onion, chopped
2-3 cups cooked diced turkey or chicken
1-2 cloves chopped garlic
2 Teaspoons ground cumin- add just before serving
Seasoned salt- add just before serving (optional)
Hot sauce if desired

Cook all day on low. Serves 8-10. If desired garnish with chopped scallions and shredded cheese.
