Oriental Pork Chops
4-8 pork chops, any style, fat trimmed
2 seasoning packs from Oriental Top Ramen
4 cups hot water
1 cup milk
1/4 cup corn starch salt & pepper to taste
Brown pork chops in skillet. Place in bottom of slow cooker. Dissolve seasoning packets in the hot water. Pour over chops. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
During last 1-2 hours of cooking: Mix cornstarch in milk and add to slow cooker. Stir. Add ramen noodles. Continue cooking until liquid thickens into gravy. Salt and pepper to taste.
