Honey Ham Tortilla Rolls

1 can (4 1/4oz. ) Underwood Honey Ham Spread
1-3oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1 Tbs. chopped green onion
1 tsp. honey
1/4 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
4 (8 in. ) tortillas


With electric mixer beat ham and cream cheese together until smooth. Stir in pineapple, green onion and honey.

Spread ham mix on each tortilla to within 1/2 in of edge. Roll up each tortilla starting from one edge. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 2-8 hrs. before serving.

To serve, cut into 1/2 in. slices and arrange on a platter. Makes enough for 8. For good dipping sauce, mix 6 Tbs mayo, 1/4 cup mustard and 2 Tbs honey.
