Meatballs with Gravy
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2 tbs. chopped parsley flakes
1 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
2 packages brown gravy mix
Combine first 7 ingredients to make 1-inch meatballs. Brown in a skillet. Drain fat. Place in a slow cooker. Cover. Cook on low 3 to 4 hours or can be kept on all day. When ready to serve prepare gravy mix as directed on the package and pour into meatballs. Stir. Serve over rice. (serves 6)
