Corn Chowder

2 cans Cheddar Cheese Soup -- mixed as cans direct
1 can Mexi-Corn -- (or more) drained
2 medium potatoes -- peeled and diced
3/4 cup chopped ham or bacon -- cooked
chopped celery -- amounts as desired
chopped onion -- amounts as desired
chopped carrot -- amounts as desired

Place all ingredients into slow cooker and cook on Low for 8 hours or more.
