Mmm Coconut

2 cups milk
1/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 cup flaked coconut -- (or shredded)
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick


Place all ingredients in the blender. Mix well. Pour into slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
