Beef Burrito Filling

1 2 pound chuck roast
1 8 oz can Ortega chopped green chiles
1 cup chopped onion
1 15 oz can tomato sauce


The night before, begin cooking chuck roast in slow cooker (cook all night on low setting). In the morning, remove meat from the bones. Add the rest of the ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on low heat the rest of day. Place a few tablespoons of the mixture in the center of a flour tortilla. Add refried beans, sour cream, grated cheese. Wrap in foil and bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
