Barbecue Pork Sandwiches

1 onions sliced
4-5 lbs. pork roast
6 whole cloves
2 cups water
16 ounces BBQ sauce (bottled)
1 large onion, chopped

Put half the sliced onions on the bottom of the slow cooker. Place meat on top, along with cloves (place in a cheesecloth for easy recovery) and rest of sliced onion. Add water, cover, and cook 8-12 hours on LOW. Remove meat. Drain liquid from slow cooker and discard. Remove bone and fat from meat. Shred meat and put back in the slow cooker. Add chopped onion and BBQ sauce (you might want to add more than 16 oz). Cover and cook 4-8 hours on LOW, stirring two or three times. Serve on large buns.
