1 envelope meat marinade - (1 1/8 oz)
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup orange juice
2 pounds boneless chuck roast - (to 3 lbs) -- excess fat trimmed
Combine marinade, ketchup and orange juice. Set aside. Place roast in slow cooker. Pour marinade mixture over roast. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours.
Carefully remove roast from slow cooker onto a dish. Shred meat with fork. Stir sauce and spoon over meat.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
