Rice Pudding

1 l EDENsoy OR- any EDEN food beverage
1 3" stick cinnamon
1/2 ts Cardamon seeds, crushed
3 Whole cloves
3/4 c White basmati rice
2 tb Any nut butter - (almond is good)
2 tb Maple syrup


Bring EDENSOY, cinnamon, cardamon seeds and cloves to a boil. Add rice. Turn down heat and simmer for 60 minutes. Discard cinnamon stick and cloves. Stir in nut butter and maple syrup. Serve warm or chilled.


Variation: This can be prepared in a slow cooker at night for a delicious morning hot cereal.


Prep Time: 10 minutes Yield: 5-6 servings
