Barbecue Beef Brisket
3 lb Beef Brisket; (up to 4)
2 tb Liquid Smoke
1 ts Garlic salt 1 tsp. onion salt
2 ts Worcestershire
2 ts Celery seed
1 c Barbecue sauce
2 ts Ground pepper
Cover both sides of brisket with Liquid Smoke, garlic, onion, celery seed and Worcestershire sauce. Wrap in foil and place in slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove and slice across grain. Return to pot, add barbecue sauce and cook 1 hour.
