Italian Beef

3-5 lb rump roast
1 jar pepper rings, juice included
1 pkg good seasons Italian dressing mix
2 tsp italian seasoning

Cook in slow cooker 8 hrs on low, or till you are able to shred with forks. Serve on hard rolls.
