5 to 6 lb chuck roast, cut into cubes, remove any fat
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1 tsp. salt
2 cups water
Cook in slow cooker for 5 hours on low, maybe longer depending on size of cubes. This forms a delicious gravy which can be used to top noodles
