Italian Roast Beef
4 lb. beef roast
1 stalk celery
1 onion, peeled
1 T. vinegar
1 T. dry Italian seasoning
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 C. water
2 T. French dressing
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
dash garlic salt
Put all in slow cooker and slow cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Or put in a heavy pot, cover and cook on top of stove for 5-6 hours.
May be served on hard rolls, if desired
