Salisbury Meatballs

2 lbs. lean ground beef pinch of each onion powder, black pepper, garlic powder and Mrs. Dash

Mix and form into meatballs.

In the slow cooker add 3-4 cups brown gravy, 1/2 chopped vidalia onion and 1 can drained sliced mushrooms.

Simmer gravy on high while preparing next step.

In skillet put 1 tbls butter, 2 cloves minced garlic and heat. Add meat balls and brown. Pour into gravy and simmer on high 1 hour, reduce to low and cook until meat is no longer pink in middle.

Serve over mashed potatoes.
