Creamy Corn Chowder
3/4 cup onion, chopped
2 tbsp margarine or butter
1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup ham, cooked and diced
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen corn
1 cup cream style corn
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 1/2 cup milk
Combine onion, butter, potatoes, ham, corn, mushroom soup and milk in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 4-5 hrs. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley flakes.
