2 cans chili magic
1 can rotel with green chilies
1/2 can beer
1/2 cup salsa (opt)
1 lb ground chuck or cubed beef
1 large onion chopped in big pieces
1/2 bell pepper chopped
1 can sliced mushrooms (opt)
4-5 sm cans tomato sauce
1 tsp oregano
1-2 cloves minced garlic
In skillet brown meat, onion, and bell pepper and garlic. Drain and add to slow cooker.
Add remaining ingredients, stir, simmer on low for 2 hrs.
Tip: The longer this simmers the better it tastes. Serve with corn bread and sour cream.
