Cold Remedy Stew

1 can Veg-All
1 small can tomato sauce
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
1 can beef broth
1 pound pot roast
1 can Mexicorn
1 large onion, chopped
1 can mushrooms
1 small can green beans
spices to taste: cayenne, black pepper, lemon pepper, oregano, chili powder, and curry
1 can tomato paste

Mix all ingredients in a slow cooker except tomato paste. Do not drain vegetables.

Cook covered on low 12-24 hours.

Add tomato paste before serving, to thicken. Stir occasionally while cooking to shred meat.
