Ravioli with Sausage and Peppers EZ

1/2 (25-0z) pkg. Frozen cheese-filled ravioli
1 cup onion, sliced in wedges
1 cup green bell pepper, sliced
1 (26 oz) jar chunky spaghetti sauce
8 oz. smoked sausage, sliced in rounds

Combine all ingredients and place in a 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours.

Serve with parmesan cheese.

Makes 4 (1 1/2-cup) servings.
