1 lb bulk pork sausage
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
3 medium apples, peeled and sliced
Brown the sausage, breaking up the big pieces; drain off fat Blend sugar, flour and cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/2 cup cold water Combine all ingredients into slow cooker; cook on low 4-5 hours, stirring once or twice It is done when potatoes and apples are both tender.
