Old Fashioned Rice Pudding

3 cups cooked rice -- cold
1 1/2 cups evaporated skim milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup pourable Splenda
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons reduced calorie margarine
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3/4 cup raisins

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared container, combine rice, evaporated skim milk, water, and Splenda. Stir in vanilla extract, margarine, and cinnamon. Add raisins. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours. Mix well before serving.
